Here's
how we handle your radio commercials:
Copywriting:
1) We offer a proposal, which includes the full
fee with no hidden costs.
2) Upon acceptance, we send you an agreement for
approval.
3) We gather information and do a creative
outline to write the commercial.
4) We show you the first draft and get your
input. We make revisions till your happy with the
spot.
Production:
A) The approved spot is sent to production where
it's recorded and mixed according to creative
direction.
B) You listen to the finished spots and either
approve the delivery or ask for changes.
C) We allow up to two (2) delivery changes if you require
them. If not, we wrap up and give you the
commercials in the agreed format.

Terms:
A)
Commercials written and produced by SuperHitRadio
Productions are the copyright property of SuperHitRadio,
and my not be copied, edited, posted on any
website, electronically reproduced
or re-broadcast on multiple stations without prior
written consent.
B) *A one time fee
of $200.00 per commercial may be charged as a
purchase "buy-out" agreement, releasing
all copyrighted material and finished commercials to clients for unlimited use on other
stations. Please contact us for a letter of
release. **(PLEASE NOTE:
Prices are Subject To Change, based on voice
talent used, production location (Tampa or
New York Studios and Market Rank of Radio Station(s) Airing the Client-Approved Spot.)
Legal:
1) SuperHitRadio
Productions makes no product claims
whatsoever, and are not responsible for misrepresentations or false information openly
provided to us, or otherwise obtained from the
information we received from our customers. It is the
sole responsibility of the client/advertiser to fulfill
any and all agreements, special claims, warranties
or statements of service accepted and agreed to be
written, produced and included in the commercial.
2) "SuperHitRadio Productions" and its subsidiary, "superhitradio.com"
(heretofore referred to as "SHR"), reserves the
right - after "careful and in-depth
consultation" with the client - to revise
and/or reject ALL or PART OF any request for
writing and producing commercials or other
works from any person, organization or company,
if, in its sole discretion, "SHR" deems the
subject matter and/or content of the proposed
commercial or other works to be "inappropriate
and/or offensive." "SHR" strictly adheres to the
Standards & Practices" guidelines set forth by
the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB).
All "Non-Contract" terms and agreements are
subject to change without prior notification.
